CANCELLATION POLICY

Marquiz Salon and Spa service providers request a 48-hour notice when canceling an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than this or in the event of a no-show you a subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

REFUND POLICY

At Marquiz Salon and Spa, we pride ourselves on our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We ask that any guest needing an adjustment to their hair reaches out to the salon within 48 hours of their original service. All services are non-refundable; however, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service.

ESTHETIC SERVICES

In case of an esthetic service correction, the correction must be validated by the service provider no more than 48 hours from the treatment and must be scheduled within 7 days from the initial service.
